I'm really trying to get caught up! Christmas this year was fun and busy as usual. Both my family and Larry's family came out and we enjoyed lots of quality holiday time together. Bryton got more presents than anyone should ever get and got spoiled rotten by the grandparents!
Helping Mom decorate the Christmas tree
Ridiculous snowman that looks more like a snow blob. Both of them were too cold to really spend any time on it!
Finally all the pictures from our wonderful four day, almost free trip to Disneyland! We decided to go right after Thanksgiving because we had never been when it was decorated for Christmas. Ryan, Amber, Summer, and Baby Ryann came with us and my mom even joined us one day. We had so much fun and the kids LOVED it! (Almost as much as the adults!)
Day 1- Disneyland- This day was just Larry, Bryton and I
Riding one of the old-fashioned cars up Main Street as we entered the park.
Sleeping Beauty Castle decked out for Christmas- it was gorgeous at night!
Inside Sleeping Beauty Castle
So happy on King Arthur's Carousel!
Standing in line for Dumbo- There was a lady eating a corn on the cob and it was ALL OVER her face! Larry made me stand there like he was taking a picture of me but he actually took a picture of this lady eating her corn. If you zoom in it's hilarious!
Watching a Christmas parade
Toontown!
In Mickey's House!
Taking a rest in Pluto's dog bed!
Video of Bryton riding Gadget's Go Coaster- his first ever roller coaster. He is obviously scared out of his wits, but keeps yelling "Whee!" "Yeah!" because Daddy is. It's pretty sad, but funny at the same time!
In front of the lit up Christmas tree
In front of the castle lit up at night- pictures don't even do justice to how cool it looked!
On the Matterhorn- Bryton was kind of half scared half excited on this one too!
Day 2- Disneyland-
Riding the shuttle over- This was the day Ryan and Amber's family joined us
Walt Disney and Mickey
Cute cousins at Tarzan's Treehouse
The Haunted Mansion- redone in a "Nightmare Before Christmas" theme
It's a Small World- also redone in a Christmas theme
Peter Pan
Mommy and Brytie!
Bryton was so excited to drive the Autopia car. Daddy did the gas while Bryton "steered"!
On the Teacups- Not my cup of tea! Can we say sick!
It's a Small World all lit up
Day 3- California Adventure
Bryton's favorite characters
Bryton could have spent all day in this "Cars" store
Toy Story Midway Mania- So fun!
On the very scary ferris wheel!
A Bug's Life
Day 4- Disneyland and California Adventure- Grandma Logas joined us this day
Bryton looks like "This is what I think of THIS ride." It is a dumb ride.
Larry and I were married on May 4, 2001. Larry is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and I am originally from San Bernardino, CA. We met at the King Henry apartment complex in Provo, UT while attending BYU. Larry is a loan aquisition officer in the National Commercial Real Estate Department at Zions Bank, and I worked as a 4th grade teacher in the Jordan School District for 4 years, and am now a stay-at-home mom. Our baby boy Bryton was born on Valentines Day 2008, and he is the love of our lives!
