Words Bryton can say: Dada, Mama, Nana (as in banana, but he says this for any food or drink, not just bananas), Hi, No, Baba (bottle), What's That? (although most of the time this is shortened to just "ZThat"), Who's That? (This can be embarrassing as it is also often shortened to "ZThat", and he enjoys pointing at people and saying "ZThat?"), hat, Jesus, and There he is! (He says this when we are playing peek-a-boo. We cover his face with a blanket and say "Where's Bryton?" He pulls the blanket off and says "There he is!"or more accurately, "zew ee iz!" Amazing, I know!
Things Bryton can do: Clap and wave (and respond to the verbal commands to clap or wave, or wave when you say bye or hi), sing (his singing consists of "da da da da"), pick up a phone, hold it to his ear and say "Hi!", point the remote control at the t.v. and try to turn it, pretend to cook and eat with his play kitchen, walk (almost run), whenever I turn on the vacuum or the hairdryer he imitates the sound (Aaaaah!)(actually he now does this if he even sees the vacuum or hairdryer), vacuums with his own little vacuum, Says "No!" if he doesn't want something, Starts doing something he knows he is not supposed to do,then looks at me and says "No, no, no!" (little stinker!), plays chase and peek-a-boo, sleeps through the night (finally!), plays with cars and makes car noises, dances, and plenty of other things that I can't currently think of. He is a fun and happy boy!
