Larry's parents and brother were in town, so we decided to get together with them and all of Larry's sisters who live in the area and raft down the Provo River on Pioneer Day. We have done this several times before and it is always fun. Just enough little rapids to provide a bit of excitement, but tame enough for me to actually do it. (I was skeptical the first time we tried, since I once got thrown out of a raft on a massive rapid in Pennsylvania, and swore I'd never raft again, but this river is actually fun, even for a fraidy-cat like me!)Grandma Darbous didn't want to raft, so she got stuck watching the kids. (All 7 of them- 2 babies under one, 2 one-year olds,a 3-year old, and 2 four-year olds, Whew!) It was a great time, and we went to a park afterward for a nice picnic.
